Where is Aqua Experience located?
Yes! many of our boats are license-free, which means you don’t need a boating license to rent them. If you are not comfortable driving a boat, you can request a professional skipper during the booking process, and we will handle everything for you.
What types of boats do you offer?
We offer a range of boats, including the Nikita 5.50 and Nikita 4.70, both ideal for exploring the Aegean Sea. Each boat is well-maintained and equipped with necessary safety features and amenities.
How do I book a boat?
You can book a boat through our website, by calling us directly, or by visiting our location in Kos. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will incur a fee. Please contact us for more details.

What safety measures are in place?
All our boats are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and other necessary safety gear. Our staff provides a safety briefing before each trip, and we ensure all boats are regularly inspected and maintained.
What if I have an emergency during my trip?
In case of an emergency, contact us immediately using the emergency contact number provided during your safety briefing. Our team is trained to handle emergencies and will provide prompt assistance.
Can I rent a boat without a license or previous experience?
Yes! many of our boats are license-free, which means you don’t need a boating license to rent them. If you are not comfortable driving a boat, you can request a professional skipper during the booking process, and we will handle everything for you.
Are fuel, safety equipment, and extras included in the price?
Safety equipment is always included with every boat and meets all required standards.
Each boat is provided with a full fuel tank at pickup. At the end of your trip, we will guide you to the nearest fuel station, where the boat must be refueled to full before return.
A skipper service is available as an optional extra and can be arranged at the time of boat pickup. The final cost of the skipper is determined on the day of departure, depending on the duration of your booking.

What is the rental duration and schedule?
Rental time is from 08:00 to 19:00.
This gives you a full day to explore beaches, swim, relax, and enjoy your trip at your own pace.
How do I make a booking and what information do you need?
You can book online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
To confirm your reservation, we will need the date you want, number of passengers, and whether you require a skipper or any extras (such as drinks, snacks, or snorkelling equipment).
💡 Tip: We highly recommend completing your booking online to secure the exact date you want — especially during high season when availability is limited.
Do you offer hotel/port transfer services?
Yes! we can arrange a Free pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or from the port. Just let us know your location during the booking and we will organize it for you.
Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
Absolutely! you are welcome to bring your own drinks, snacks, or a light lunch. If you prefer, we can also prepare a cool box with drinks and fruits upon request.
What should I bring with me on the day of the trip?
We recommend bringing:
swimwear
towel
sunscreen
sunglasses and hat
bottled water
snacks (optional)
If you’re spending the whole day at sea, it’s also a good idea to bring a mobile phone charger and beach shoes.
